International Women’s Day Community Event – BRAIDED: Woven to Win

Join us for a special International Women’s Day Community Event hosted by Women’s Ballers Club as part of our BRAIDED – Woven to Win campaign, celebrating connection, empowerment, and the strength of women supporting women.

This event is designed to bring together women from sport, business, creativity, and the wider community in a welcoming and inspiring space where we can connect, learn, and grow together.

Throughout the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in a range of engaging activities including:

• Networking sessions to connect with inspiring women from different backgrounds and industries

• Inspiring talks and creative workshops designed to spark ideas and build confidence

• A relaxing yoga session led by a local yoga guru, helping participants recharge and reconnect

• A creative workshop led by an upcoming young artist, encouraging expression and creativity

• Small business stalls showcasing and supporting local entrepreneurs and community projects

The event aims to create a positive and supportive environment where women can share experiences, build connections, and celebrate each other’s journeys.

All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting Women’s Ballers Club, helping us continue to invest in sports training, equipment, venue hire, and coaching opportunities for women in our community.

Whether you’re coming to network, learn something new, support local businesses, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, this event is about bringing women together and building stronger communities.
