Ready for a reset? In this two hour multisensory experience, we will activate and isolate the five senses fully submerging ourselves into the present moment.
You will relax deeply, and reawaken your innate radiance through the combination of pranayama (breath), meditation, and asana (poses) all while activating your five senses with these powerful aids:
SIGHT: You will receive a blindfold to eliminate sight in order to heighten the other four senses.
SMELL: A CBD terpene blend will be diffused throughout the story to create a calm, relaxing environment.
SOUND: 528hz frequency, also known as The Frequency of Transformation and said to have healing properties that can repair the DNA, will play in the background.
TOUCH: You will receive mini massages with CBD cream to relax the muscles and provide anti-inflammatory effects.
TASTE: Everyone will be given a CBD gummy and small glass of CBD water.
Doors open at 4 pm. Once class starts at 4:15, no entry will be allowed, so please arrive on time.
Your experience begins as soon as you walk in the door. Information will be given about the products being used by Crystal Spang, Owner of Coastal Green Wellness. She will also be available after class for questions and information if you'd like to purchase any products.
Once class begins, we will provide details about the multisensory products we will be using, then Danielle will guide you through a 60 minute yin class and a 15 minute yoga nidra savasana.
