Girls Empowerment Workshop

This workshop is all about celebrating strength, creativity, and confidence! Through energizing yoga, fun games, and mindful movement, girls will learn how powerful their bodies and minds can be. Then, we’ll channel that energy into an inspiring art project where each girl will design a one-of-a-kind creation that reflects her unique spirit.

What she’ll gain:

🌈 Tools for calming her mind and building resilience
🎨 A chance to unleash creativity through art
👭 Connection and friendship in a supportive circle of girls

By the end of the workshop, every girl will walk away feeling strong, creative, and proud of who she is—because empowered girls grow into empowered women. ✨

For girls ages 8-12.
$25 per child, mats are provided.
