We’re thrilled to host a Forrest Yoga 4-Part Workshop Series: Strength • Healing • Transformation led by ERYT 500, Jo Ducey.
Created by Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga is a powerful practice designed to meet the challenges of modern life. Known for its deep core work, intentional postures, long-held poses, and strong connection to breath, this method builds both physical and emotional strength from the inside out.
🌿 Rooted in Breath • Strength • Integrity • Spirit - This series will guide you through deep personal exploration, helping release patterns of tension and struggle while cultivating resilience and healing.
🔥 Each 2-hour class will be held in a gently heated room to support opening, releasing, and detoxifying.
🧘♀️ Open to all levels (some yoga experience recommended).
📚 Yoga teachers: Earn 8 CEUs when completing the full program.
✨ Attend the full series or join individual workshops.
