Deepen your connection with your body and mind by removing the distraction of the world around you. Wearing a soft sleep mask, you’ll be guided through a gentle yoga flow, followed by a relaxing sound bath, encouraging the awareness and use of the senses beyond sight. Inhale the aromas, feel your body, open your ears, and find your vision beyond sight.
Yoga flow led by Heather Edwards, President of the South Carolina Chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Funds raised will be donated back to the Foundation to further research to cure and treat inherited retinal diseases. Sounds and scents courtesy of the magical Jessica Henry.
