About the event

John Potter III Golf Classic
Money raised from this tournament will install a State-of-the-Art Golf Simulator at the YMCA, a first of its kind in Frederick County. The John Potter Golf Zone will be able to serve youth and adults alike in all seasons.

TruGolf Simulators are state of the art with top-of-the-line technology and over 100 of the top courses you can play! Truly an excellent way to stay healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

IN ADDITION, an Endowment will be created in John's honor to
scholarship children for Golf Camp in the Summer. Youth, age 8-14, learn basic golf skills in a fun camp where they experience putting, driving, rules, etiquette, and safety using the First Tee curriculum.
