Fit Family

Fit Family will be offered on Wednesdays at 8:30 AM starting June 4th. Participants are welcome to try their first class free, then membership fees will apply. If you have a fitness pass it is included in your membership! No registration is needed, just show up to participate!
Class will be located inside the gym or sometimes it will be outside depending on weather and the routine for the day.
Fit Family is a fitness class for parents and their young children to exercise and bond together. These classes offer a variety of activities, including fitness routines, music, and play, all while providing a supportive and social environment for parents and their little ones.
