Advanced Anatomy for the Yoga Instructor

Join Angie Capps, Yoga Therapist and E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, while we take a deep dive into the anatomy as it applieds to yoga. Angie will lead you through three days of anatomical exploration and application towards a deeper understanding of the human body. Expect interactive anatomy lectures, in depth practices, drills and advanced asana applications of key topics taught over the weekend.

This is a required course for the 300 hour Immersion Into Yoga course.

Weekend Schedule:
Friday- 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday - 8:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday - 8:00am - 5:30pm
