The Founders’ Place Home and Garden Tour, “Backyards & Bar-b-que” will be held Saturday, June 14th 2025.
This event is a themed around Flag Day, we hope you will join us for this one-of-a kind tour in our historic neighborhood!
Hosted from 10:00am-2:00pm, there will be live music, gardening tips, refreshing beverages and bar-b-que food truck fare included with your garden tour ticket.
The tour begins in the Founders’ Place Community Garden (Corner of 14th & Emporia) followed by three more self-guided themed stops; An Artist’s Cabana (429 N. 16th Street), Art & Books Garden Party (529 N.14th Street), Lawyers Row (535 N. 13th Street) and finally for a ‘porch moment’ with resident Anita Whitaker to honor her longtime legacy in the neighborhood.
The cost is $20 per person, with proceeds benefitting future beautification projects in the Founders’ Place Historical District Neighborhood located in the heart of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
