Dinner Demo with Chef Preston

We will feature a dinner demonstration every month or two with Chef Preston Seamster.

This first Dinner Demo of the season will feature our Fresh Bright Starter course

Chef Preston will demonstrate how to assemble the perfect Vinaigrette salad dressing using Pecan Creek Winery’s Vignoles Vinegar. Instructions will be given for the entrée as well although the chicken will be grilled in advance. You will be able to taste some very young white and rose wines.Some new wines may still be “Pet Nat.” Additional wines will be served with dinner and dessert

Wine​Private Reserve, Estate Vignoles – bright, unoaked, white; akin to Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. Compare 2024 and 2025 vintages
Appetizer​Arugula salad with goat cheese, pear, candied pecans, lemon vinaigrette
Entrée​Grilled chicken piccata
Dessert​TBA - surprise
