4th of July Beach Pilates

Love a great workout AND Love the beach? Come join us for my annual 4th of July PILATES class at Pere Marquette Beach. Area 4/5.

Just north of the round-a'bout parking lot. 9:30am. A hard "core" workout, for all ages & fitness levels, on beautiful Pere Marquette Beach.

Always an awesome way to start the holiday with friends & family.

Also, a reminder that pay to park is in effect. So… carpooling is a great option.
