FREE Intro Class

Curious about Jazzercise? Ready to sculpt your body and boost your mood? 💃💪

Join us for our an Intro Class and discover the fun and effective way to get fit! This class is beginner-focused, but all are welcome.

What to expect:
✅ High-energy, easy to follow dance-based cardio
✅ Strength-training moves to tone your muscles
✅ A full-body workout that leaves you feeling energized
✅ A supportive and welcoming community

In this 45 minute class, we will warm up, and then preview the moves before each cardio and strength training routine, wrapping up with a cool down.

Where: Jazzercise Muskegon at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (945 E Sherman Blvd)

Cost: FREE! But, new members please download the Jazzercise app and create an account for our location to save time at check-in

Bring: Your favorite workout gear (including clean/dry shoes) and a water bottle

No experience necessary! Grab a friend, bring your energy and let's get moving!
