Lindsay is offering her teachings for FREE to help raise money for the Iowa Parrot Rescue, located right here at home in Letts, IA! This is a pay what you can class and all money raised will go to the rescue! Recommended donation is $10-$20(regular priced yoga class is normally $15).

Lindsay has been enjoying volunteering at the rescue and is excited to dedicate these classes to further support this organization whose heart and soul depends on Donations.
