About the event

Fitness Challenge

Time to have some fun building endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Game play, social and high energy activities will be planned around weekly themed workouts. We will work hard for an hour, then create a healthy snack to end the day. Weekly rewards will be handed out and we will keep a log of your hard work. Fitness Challenge is free for members and nonmembers entering 5th-9th grades. You can checkout all our Teen Center Activities at www.muscatiney.org
