Join Amy King for a deeply nourishing evening of connection, embodiment, and sisterhood. We will begin with a powerful healing journey through embodied movement, meditation, and sound — inviting you to gently release, restore, and come home to yourself.

Following this, you’ll be welcomed into a heart-centered sharing circle, where you may choose to speak, listen, or simply be held in the safe embrace of community. Together, we’ll sip healing tea freshly gathered from Amy’s garden, honoring the simple rituals of presence and connection.

Our evening will close with the uplifting practice of kirtan — musical mantra meditation that opens the heart — before we share a delicious Ayurvedic-inspired vegetarian meal.

This circle is an invitation to express, release, connect, and remember the power of gathering as women in a supportive and sacred space.

Please come dressed comfortably for movement, as you would for yoga.
