Reiki Level 1 – Beginner Class Description
Reiki Level 1 is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in energy healing, personal wellbeing, or developing a deeper sense of inner peace. This beginner class introduces you to the foundations of Reiki, focusing on self-healing and learning to channel gentle, balancing energy through your hands.
In this course, you will learn:

The history and principles of Usui Reiki
How Reiki supports physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Understanding the flow of universal life-force energy
✨ Hands-On Techniques
Basic hand positions for self-treatment
How to offer Reiki to friends, family, and pets
Techniques for grounding, protection, and cleansing your energy
✨ Attunement / Placement
You will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, a guided energetic process that helps open your natural ability to channel Reiki healing energy.
