Shibashi – Qigong 18 Forms
A moving meditation for Health & Vitality
Shibashi is a simple, body-friendly, meditative form of Qigong that helps promote the body's natural healing energy. Its benefits range from greater range of movement, helping with back pain, to better blood circulation improving hypertension and respiratory problems.
This practice group is an opportunity to get together and run through the 18 movements in a flowing sequence that brings vitality to the body, reduces stress and creates a feeling of well-being.
The one-hour practice sessions take place on Mondays at 6:30 pm
First Session: September 1st
No sessions on: September 29th & November 24th
Last Session: December 22nd
