I can’t wait to connect with you at our Heart Healing Hapé Medicine Sound Bath. Led by Kels! At this gathering, we will open sacred space and set intentions as a group and individually. I will then serve each participant Hapé, this sacred tobacco medicine helps to release stuck, negative energy that is no longer serving your growth, often leaving one with more self love, guidance and clarity.
Additionally, there will be relaxing breath exercises, followed by beautiful sound vibrations taking you on your own sacred heart journey.
My intention for this ceremony is for you to feel grounded & safe enough in your body, to drop out of your mind and allow your heart to lead.
