We’ll explore the most common medical interventions offered during labor—what they are, when they’re used, and the evidence behind them. From epidurals to inductions and cesareans, our goal is to help you understand your options, weigh the pros and cons, and feel confident making choices that align with your values and needs.
This is not about choosing one "right" way—it's about knowing your options and feeling empowered.
