We are thrilled to introduce a wonderful new instructor, Thea Sloan! Thea is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher who brings a love of traditional yoga and philosophy into every class. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha yoga, weaving breath, alignment, and mindfulness to create an atmosphere that is both grounding and uplifting. She encourages students to explore yoga as a path of presence, balance, and self-discovery.
Thea will offer the following evening classes, beginning Wednesday, September 3rd. If you're new to YOB, remember your first class is free!
Monday 6:00-7:00 PM Mindful Movement
This class is based around a slower and more accessible sequence with chair modifications available.
Wednesday 6:00-7:00 PM Peak Pose
In this class a more advanced pose will be chosen for the month, and we will practice the same sequence every week with a goal of bettering our alignment, strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Friday 6:00-7:00 PM Surya Flow
This class will feature a faster paced Vinyasa inspired sequence including sun salutations.
