Meet Your Guides:
Berkeley Clements is a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive coach, and sound healing facilitator who supports caregivers, creatives, and sensitive souls navigating chronic stress, overwhelm, and burnout. Her work blends Reiki, trance channeling, sound therapy, and nervous system support to create a grounded space for deep restoration.
With lived experience as a veteran spouse and recovering people-pleaser, she brings both intuitive insight and practical tools to her clients. Her sessions offer more than relief, they are a return to breath, body, and the quiet steadiness within.
Kim Dunaway, MS, RDN, C-IAYT is a registered dietitian and nutritionist. She has a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science from MTSU and a master's degree in Community Health and Nutrition from Tennessee Tech. Kim is a certified yoga therapist and experienced yoga teacher. She is also the founder of Boro Yoga Fest and co-lead trainer of Indigo Yoga School.
Kim's approach to nutrition is personalized and grounded in her foundations in both integrative and functional nutrition and mind-body wellness. Kim believes in care that is compassionate, patient-centered, and non-judgmental. Kim loves to educate and empower her clients.
