Night Hike BirdEd

This program will be a BirdEd and a night hike combined. Lauren Pearson will bring out some live owls and lecture about owls. Jane Powell will then lead us on the paved trail near the Station and we will listen for owls. This area has been known to have the Barred Owl, Eastern Screech-Owl and Great Horned Owl. There is a fee of $3.00 per person that may be paid on site at the time of the event. A waiver to participate in the hike will be required by Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation. BoroBirders members - Look for a separate email with the waiver attached in August. Bring a headlamp or flashlight, if available.
