In the first part of this experience, Heather White, a licensed massage therapist will guide you and your partner through simple, accessible bodywork techniques. You’ll learn how to safely and effectively support each other using body mechanics that ease physical tension and promote relaxation. No prior experience needed just a willingness to show up and connect.
We’ll then transition into a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing your nervous system to settle and integrate the healing you’ve shared. Let the tones of quartz crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient instruments carry you into a state of rest and harmony.
Whether you come with a partner, friend, or loved one, this experience is an invitation to reconnect gently, intentionally, and with care.

Meet Your Guides:
Berkeley Clements is a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive artist coach, and sound healing facilitator who supports caregivers, creatives, and sensitive souls navigating chronic stress, overwhelm, and burnout. Her work blends Reiki, trance channeling, sound therapy, and nervous system support to create a grounded space for deep restoration.
She brings both intuitive insight and practical tools to her clients. Her sessions offer more than relief, they are a return to breath, body, and the quiet steadiness within.
Heather White has over 21 years of experience doing massage and an associates degree in applied science. She is a Reiki Master and loves to help people with self care. She’s excited to share some of her knowledge with you.
