This two-session webinar is for families and extended relatives that want to know about their inheritance rights in the distribution of assets among heirs in accordance with the Inheritance Law of the Philippines. It is also very useful for those who want to plan ahead and write a will.
This comprehensive legal guide will cover many topics including succession, disinheritance, donation to strangers, guardianship, entitlement of an ex-spouse, shares of illegitimate or adopted children, protecting one's rights, what to do when you are excluded, recovery of inheritance and so much more!
This lecture is fully packed with examples and Supreme Court decisions that are applicable whether you are single, married, separated, widowed, or among one of the children, adopted children, parents, grandparents, uncles, and aunts.
It is certainly cheaper to learn this now instead of hiring a lawyer in the future. ENROLL!
