Thanksgiving Warm 90: Vinyasa • Yin • Meditation Fusion with Fran Candelaria, Yoga Teacher & Advanced Bodyworker

Give yourself the gift of grounding, gratitude, and deep release this Thanksgiving. This 90-minute fusion class blends the warmth of movement, the stillness of Yin, and the serenity of meditation to help you reconnect with your body and soften into the season.

We’ll begin with a gently heated Vinyasa flow to warm the muscles, open the joints, and awaken the breath. From there, you’ll melt into longer, supported Yin holds that target the hips, spine, and shoulders — creating space, circulation, and emotional release. Class closes with a guided gratitude meditation designed to calm the nervous system, settle the mind, and invite peaceful presence into your holiday.
