Take part in our ceremony and enjoy a warm and nourishing cup of our sacred cacao elixir as we deeply explore, discover, and heal what’s deep in our heart. Let us get connected through ceremony and experience this 360° sound immersion and energetic vibrational bath. Be transported with the sacred sounds of the bells, singing bowls, tongue drum, handpan, drums, didgeridoo and Gongs, including our  "Atlantis Gong," it can facilitate emotional release, clear energetic blockages and heighten intuitive connection as you journey through tones, frequencies, and live sound healing. This immersive and meditative journey is designed to clear the energetic and physical body while bringing harmony to the system.
 

Revered by the ancient Mayans as “Food of the Gods” Cacao has been considered Sacred for thousands of years. Traditionally used in Sacred Ceremony as a spirit bridge to connect to other realms. The cacao beans contain a psychoactive ingredient called theobromine, which translates to “food of the Gods“. 
 
Health benefits of cacao include: antioxidants support gut health, it supports heart health by lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow, it helps control blood sugar, mood boosting and increases serotonin, and helps reduce anxiety.  

Join us as we settle onto our spaces, fully supported with pillows, blankets, a bolster, and an eye pillow for our immersive sound therapy experience.
Join Shanti Sound Healing certified sound therapists, Danna & Fran, for an energy altering sound cleanse.
What you will need: yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, pillows/bolster (2) and comfortable clothes. 
Intention & Reiki healing offerings: 
Both Danna & Fran, Reiki Master Practitioners, will be offering personalized healing based on set intentions. Please consider setting an intention prior to our sound immersion experience, bring in writing and place near your person. All intention will be uplifted and released during our healing journey.
