Release the Week Workshop w/ Tracie A

Join us in this mixed levels workshop to let go of any tension and stress from the week. This evening includes an extended Yin practice in a warm studio to slowly and deeply stretch the body and relax the mind. We will conclude with a brief Yoga Nidra to release any remaining worries from the week, moving into the weekend feeling restored, refreshed, and renewed. The studio will be gently heated during this workshop. Blocks, blankets, and bolsters are provided, or you can bring your own.
