Engångsgrillkurs i samarbete med Homefires. Homefires kommer att finnas med "braaibakkie”. Dett finns ett begränsat antal platser så anmäl dig snabbt!

Under denna +/- 5 timmars workshop kommer du att lära dig följande tekniker:
• Kontroll av temperatur
• Tändning av grillen
• Skillnaden mellan direkt och indirekt grillning
• Användning av olika typer av bränsle
• Olika röktekniker
• Arbeta med olika grillar och rökare
• Kärntemperaturer för olika typer av kött och fisk

Kostnaden för denna workshop/masterclass är 750 kr per person.
