Join us for our 7th Munich All-Day Singing in Bavaria!
(Not the last one, but the last one in this location, the last one on that date and the last one from the current Sacred Harp edition.)
The singing coincides with Oktoberfest- dirndls and lederhosen are strongly encouraged.
There are three ways to sign up:

Saturday:
Registration opens at 10 am, singing starts at 10:30am until about 5pm.
There will be 4 singing sessions and dinner on the grounds. Please do notify us if you have any special dietary requirements; there will be vegan options, if needed we can prepare gluten free food as well.
6pm: Social in the back room of Rumpler, Baumstraße 21, 80469 München
Sunday:
Option to have breakfast at Oktoberfest.
10.30 meetup point outside the Oktoberfest grounds: entrance number OW2 close to the underground stop Poccistr.
We will go to Oide Wiesn, which is less crowded. 4€ entrance fee.
Careful, you cannot bring luggage or backpacks inside, if there is no other way you can use the rather expensive baggage room there. Make sure to bring cash, since you most likely won’t be able to pay by card.
If you come later, go to Oide Wiesn on the Oktoberfest grounds and in there to the tent Herzkasperlzelt. (It might not be possible to get a seat in this case anymore though.)

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ACCOMMODATION: There are very limited spots to stay at the venue overnight. We will still try to arrange for local hosting, with limited spaces available. COVID 19 SAFETY: Please do not attend if you or a member of your household tests positive, or experiences Covid related symptoms, in the 7 days before the singing.
Attendees will NOT be required to do a self test.

Auch dieses Jahr seid ihr wieder herzlich eingeladen mit uns in Bayern zu singen, an unserem 7. Münchner All-Day Singing!
(Nicht das letzte Mal, aber das das letzte Mal in St. Martin, das letzte Mal zu diesem Termin und das letzte Mal von dieser Sacred Harp Ausgabe.)
Da das All-Day auf das letzte Wiesnwochenende fällt, sind Dirndl und Lederhosn willkommen (aber nicht obligatorisch).
Es gibt drei Anmeldungsmöglichkeiten:

Freitag: Es gibt kein vorher organisiertes Treffen. Gäste, die schon am Freitag ankommen, können auf der Facebook-Eventseite im Chat schauen, ob auch andere sich spontan am Vorabend des Singens treffen möchten.
Samstag:
Ab 10 Uhr beginnt die Registrierung, ab 10 Uhr 30 beginnt das Singen bis ca. 17 Uhr.
4 Singing Sessions und gemeinsames Mittagessen im gleichen Gebäude. (Bitte informiert uns, falls ihr bestimmte Lebensmittel nicht esst; es wird vegane Optionen geben, bei Bedarf auch glutenfrei.)
18 Uhr: Geselliges Beisammensein (Social) im Hinterraum der Gaststätte Rumpler, Baumstraße 21, 80469 München
Sonntag:
Frühschoppen auf der Oidn Wiesn.
10 Uhr 30 Treffpunkt außerhalb der Wiesn: Eingang Nummer OW2 gleich bei der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Poccistr.
Auf der Oidn Wiesn ist es etwas ruhiger als auf dem restlichen Oktoberfestgelände. Eintritt 4€ (außer Kinder und min. GdB 50).
Vorsicht, Gepäck und Rucksäcke sind auf dem Gelände nicht erlaubt. Falls es nicht anders einzurichten ist, könnt ihr aber die etwas Gepäckaufgabe nutzen.
Nur Barzahlung möglich, Kartenzahlung voraussichtlich nicht möglich.
Falls du später ankommst, sind wir auf der Oidn Wiesen im Herzkasperlzelt. (Allerding ist dann vermutlich kein Sitzplatz mehr vorhanden.)

ÜBERNACHTUNGEN, WICHTIG: Es gibt sehr begrenzt die Möglichkeit am Veranstaltungsort zu übernachten (Matratzen vorhanden, Schlafsack selbst mitzubringen). Wenn Ihr also kommen wollt und eine Gästematratze oder ein Sofa benötigt, gebt uns bitte so schnell wie möglich Bescheid: sacredharpmunich(at)gmail(dot)com
COVID 19 SICHERHEIT: Bitte nimm nicht teil, wenn du oder ein Haushaltsmitglied in den letzten 7 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung positiv auf Covid getestet wurden oder Symptome im Zusammenhang mit Covid aufgetreten sind.
Die Teilnehmer sind NICHT verpflichtet, einen Selbsttest durchzuführen.
