Superheroes with Paws: A Play & Connect Event 🎉
🐾 In celebration of International Assistance Dog Week, @perthtoddleradventures and @jellytotselc invite you to 'Superheroes with Paws' — a free community event for families with children aged 0–5!
Join us for a magical morning of play, purpose and paws, where little ones can explore sensory and creative play, see a real service dog in action and discover the incredible world of working dogs through story and creativity.
📚 Special Guest: WA children’s author Jessica Ten Vaanholt, author of 'Superheroes with Paws', will read from her heartwarming book — with her real-life seizure response dog Rupert (@mr.rupert.the.service.dog) by her side.
✨ What’s On:
🐾 Book-inspired sensory play & dog-themed playdough with @sensorybookshelf
🚓 Working dog sensory & creative play stations by @imagination_haven
🧁 Cupcake decorating with toppers from @madebyphillippa
🎟️ Major raffle prize featuring a photographer voucher, book bundles, sensory kits & more!
