Foster Strength Push/Pull Competition

KidsPeace FCCP cordially invites you to participate in the Foster Strength Push/Pull Competition at Tried & True in Muncy on Satruday, September 20, 2025.

This event aims to support a noble cause—assisting children in the KidsPeace Williamsport Foster Care Program. Please note: this is a non-sanctioned weightlifting competition.

Weigh-ins will take place from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, with the first heat commencing at 9:00 AM.

Scores will be determined by combining your one-repetition maximum for both the bench press and the conventional deadlift. Each participant will have 7 minutes to achieve their 1-rep max. Belts and wrist wraps are allowed; however, lifting straps are not permitted. There will be 16 participants allowed per weight class. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Tickets are available for purchase online; please ensure you select your competing weight class during checkout.

Female Weight Classes:
0-135 lbs
135.1-175 lbs
175.1 lbs and above

Male Weight Classes:
0-165 lbs
165.1-200 lbs
200.1 lbs and above

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top competitor in each weight class.
