Java Jog

Come join us every Friday morning 6:15 am for a beautiful out and back route on the Cardinal Greenway- go out on the route as far as you want 22 minutes, then turn around to go back to the start to finish about a 45 minute workout! Walkers and runners, all ages and paces welcome. Celebrate the end of the work week by grabbing a treat or coffee after at Deena’s Coffee House. Estimate 1-4 miles depending on pace.
