The Healing Path by Anshima

The Healing Path by Anshima is a one-on-one session designed to provide participants with a clear understanding of their unique healing journey. During this session, attendees will explore the subconscious mind and its functions, delve into the concepts of trauma and the nervous system, and gain insights into sensations, the inner child, the parent, and the authentic self. The session aims to clarify common myths surrounding healing, outline the stages and timelines of healing, and guide participants on how to identify a safe therapist and choose the right fit for their needs. Additionally, the session will address when to seek or change a therapist, how to measure personal healing progress, and strategies for building a life centered around wellness. By the end of the session, participants can expect to have clarity regarding their mental health journey. Anshima, the facilitator, has personally healed her own trauma over a 15-year period and now serves others through her mental health initiative, Commit To Self, and an educational initiative for underprivileged children, Akshar India Fellowship. She is a trained hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist, and counselor, with training in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Family Constellations Therapy. Serious and conscious seekers, as well as individuals who have engaged in therapy and understand inner work, are encouraged to attend. As a goodwill gesture, participants will receive a complimentary 45-minute online assessment with Anshima after the workshop at a mutually convenient time.
