The Healing Path by Anshima

The Healing Path by Anshima is a one-on-one session designed to provide participants with a clear understanding of their unique healing journey. During this session, attendees will explore the subconscious mind and its functions, delve into the concepts of trauma and the nervous system, and gain insights into the sensations, inner child, parent, and authentic self. The session aims to clarify common myths surrounding healing, outline the stages and timelines of healing, and guide individuals on how to identify a safe therapist and choose the right fit for their needs. Participants will also learn when to seek or change a therapist, how to measure their own healing progress, and how to build a life centered around wellness. By the end of the session, attendees can expect to have clarity regarding their mental health journey. Anshima, the facilitator, has healed her own trauma over a period of 15 years and now serves others through her mental health initiative, Commit To Self, and an education initiative for underprivileged children, Akshar India Fellowship. She is a trained hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist, and counselor, with additional training in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Family Constellations Therapy. Serious and conscious seekers, as well as individuals who have undergone therapy and understand inner work, are encouraged to attend. As a goodwill gesture, participants will receive a complimentary 45-minute online assessment with Anshima after the workshop at a mutually convenient time.
