Raagdari GENNXT Parampara Ki Nayi Soch Session 2

GRACE Foundation presents the fourth edition of “Raagdari GENNXT परंपरा की नयी सोच”. The event will be held in the intimate, acoustic setting of the iconic Prithvi, it is curated by Shashi Vyas and managed by Pancham Nishad the renowned brand in the field of Indian Classical Music Events.

There will be 4 sessions of Vocal & Instrumental performances through the day with a well-designed repertoire to give you a wholesome experience of the myriad and vibrant Raags of Indian Classical Music.

Session 2: 11:15 AM featuring Deepika Bhide Bhagwat (Vocal) | Manohar Patwardhan (Vocal)

Deepika Bhide Bhagwat (Vocal)
Deepika Bhide Bhagwat is an accomplished Hindustani vocalist of the Gwalior gharana tradition. She has received rigorous training from esteemed maestros such as Pandit Vinayakbuwa Kale, Pandit Madhukar Joshi, and Ganayogini Dhondutai Kulkarni. Currently, she studies semi-classical music under Smt. Shubha Joshi and receives advanced talim from the renowned Vidushi Dr. Ashwini Bhide Deshpande. An ‘A’ graded artist of All India Radio, Deepika holds a gold medal and was the university topper in her MA in Music. She is the recipient of several prestigious awards and has performed extensively at major music festivals across India, earning acclaim for her deep artistry, dedication, and contribution to the Hindustani classical tradition.

Manohar Patwardhan (Vocal)
Manohar Patwardhan, a Bengaluru-based Hindustani classical vocalist, began his musical journey with Carnatic music at the age of seven under the guidance of his parents. He later transitioned to Hindustani classical music and has been a dedicated disciple of Vidushi Lalith J Rao, doyenne of the Agra Gharana, for over 13 years. Alongside his musical pursuits, Manohar holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Amadeus Labs, Bengaluru. He has also accompanied his guru in several thematic productions such as Bhairav to Bhairavi, Agra Gharana Ek Vatavriksh, and Panch Rangi Raagon ka Ek Guldasta, reflecting his deep involvement in the tradition and pedagogy of his gharana.
