Take a mindful pause with NIRVA – Healing Through Texture, a calming art experience crafted by designers for those who wish to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
This session combines gentle breathing with hands-on texture exploration inspired by Zen garden spirals. It’s not about making a perfect artwork — it’s about relaxing, observing patterns, and finding peace in the process of creation.
You don’t need any prior art experience — just come with an open mind and let your hands move freely.
To maintain an intimate and meaningful atmosphere, limited seats are available.Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only.
As this is a guided mindfulness art session, we encourage you to arrive 20 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may miss parts of the flow and experience.
