Sound Bath Experience: Mulvane Recreation Commission

Join us for an immersive sound bath and Holy Fire® guided meditation experience, co-hosted with Mulvane Recreation Commission!

This relaxing activity will transport you to a place of peace and tranquility as over 20 crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes, a gong, and soothing rain and ocean sounds wash over you, relaxing your body, mind, and spirit, helping you release stress and restore balance. Eye masks, pillows, blankets, and yoga mats will be provided, but we encourage you to bring anything that enhances your comfort.

Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned participant, this is your time to unwind, reset, and reconnect. Join us and experience the power of sound in a deeply restorative way.
