FREE Your Life Matters Rural & Regional Workshops - MULLUMBIMBY

Originally scheduled for March but postponed due to the severe floods in Northern NSW, this workshop has now been rescheduled for August. We’re grateful to be able to reconnect with the community and offer this workshop designed to support those navigating the ongoing challenges of rural and regional life.

An empowering, practical one-day workshop for people living with the difficulties and challenges of country life. If your financial, mental, and emotional resources are depleted, join us to learn ways to strengthen your resilience through practical tools, strategies and skills and live well in challenging circumstances.

During this workshop with a highly experienced facilitators, participants will learn:

• How to build resilience in the face of challenging circumstances
• The importance of self-care and how to incorporate into daily life
• Easy ways to incorporate relaxation into everyday life
• How to manage emotions and recognise burnout
