Join Nate and I for our incredible journey to Bahia de los Angeles. This magical area is home to a huge variety of sea life above and below. This trip is all age friendly and you do not have to be a diver to enjoy! Everyone is welcome to enjoy what Bahia has to offer.
HOW DO WE GET THERE???
We caravan from Phoenix to Bahia de los Angeles. This trip is approximately a 10 hour drive from Phoenix. We will depart from Phoenix at 4 am and arrive around 3 pm in Bahia. Transportation is not included in this trip, but you are more than welcome to caravan with us. If you need to break up the travel day we can meet in San Felipe, Mexico or Yuma, AZ and caravan the rest of the way together. The road is paved and well marked so If you choose not to caravan we can meet you there.
WHERE DO WE STAY?
We will stay at Villa Bahia. This is a quaint, rustic Mexican hotel located on the beach in Bahia de los Angeles. Rooms do have air conditioning. The price is based on double occupancy. The family that manages the hotel is wonderful and they take great care of us. Meals are included and purified water is provided in your room.
ITINERARY:
DAY ONE: Caravan leaves from Phoenix, AZ at 4am for those who would like to follow the group. Arrive around 2 pm. Welcome drinks and appetizers upon your arrival will be served. We will help get you settled in your room and now it is time to relax.
DAY TWO:
We will offer refresher courses for all that would like to join. I recommend that you get in the water and get properly weighted and do a gear check on this day. We also do a lot of relaxing and getting ready for our dive week.
DAY THREE: Breakfast is served every morning at 7am. The boat will pick us up from the beach at 8am. Then the fun begins! Off to our first dive. We never know what we will see on the way. We may stop to snorkel with Mobula rays, or chase dolphins for a while. We may hang out with a friendly fin whale. We know we will have fun. We will do two tanks per day, have lunch and go adventuring on our surface interval. The we will head over to the whale shark preserve to snorkel with these gentle giants. After this we will head back to Villa Bahia for refreshments and relaxation. Dinner will be served at 7 pm.
DAY FOUR-SEVEN we will repeat day THREE!!! So much fun!!!
DAY EIGHT. This is the sad day that everyone goes home. Breakfast will be served again at 7am and we will say our goodbyes.
WHAT IS INCLUDED??? The price of this trip is $1850 . $500 non- refundable deposit required to hold your spot.

$500 non-refundable deposit and payment in full due July 1, 2024
Accommodations, meals, diving( 2 tanks per day), one night dive, sunset cruise, refresher course, permits for whale sharks and a lot of fun!!!!
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED????
Transportation, gear rental, trip insurance( all payments are non-refundable), DAN insurance, gratuity for boat crew and hotel staff , and alcohol.
