Beginner Low Flow Pole Dance

Are you ready to work?! Are you wanting to try a dance class, but feel intimidated by the actual pole? Worried about not being strong enough?

This class is a great class to dip your feet into dance and build your confidence. All levels are welcome. This class will challenge you and will definitely be a workout

In this class we will learn a routine that includes seamless transitions and continuous flow. We will focus on basework, floorwork, and transitioning between the two. (All that means is we won't be inverting or climbing)

Each routine will be repeated for a few weeks in order to learn the intricate and technical movements the are commonly found in floorwork dance.
Progressions and regressions will always be offered, so do not worry if something feels too difficult. As long as you have some pole experience you will be able to enjoy the class!

Kneepads are required for this class in order to dance safely. Heels preferred but optional.
