In person or video submission option are available.
In person Comp Schedule:
Day 1 (Saturday the 3rd ): 5 min, 10 min, and 12min(Military Snatch) lifts
Day 2 ( Sunday the 4th) : 30 min, 60 min Marathon and Pentathlon (via IKMF rule)
Registration Fee : $90 for one lift, $25 for additional). Biathlon or Triathlon is counted as one event. AKLU Members $10 discount from the total amount. Master of Sport entree fee is waived !

Online video submission : recording period is between Saturday April 26th to May 3rd with deadline to send video by noon Saturday May 3rd.
Ranking : IKO , AKLU and IKMF ranking will be used and awarded (IKMF = up to CMS rank)
About the Hosting Gym : K2 Kettlebell Club (Formerly known as Crazy Monkey Kettlebell Club) has been around since 2010 for the development of kettlebell sport and kettlebell workouts and has hosted the annual competition since 2014. We have hosted the IKO US Nationals for 3 years in a row with the large attendance of both in person and online lifters. We have a live DJ with dope music, retail and concession stands, family and kids friendly space and ample warm up space with 4-5 platforms with judges and electronic counters to make sure your lifting experience is to your fullest potential. The closest airport is Pain Field (PAE) which is less than 5 miles away, or Sea-Tac International Airport (30 miles away) , and we have many hotels nearby.
