Handcrafted herbal gifts are a wonderful way to nourish your friends and family with unique and delicious offerings that will be savored. Join us in our Farm to Table Teaching Center (FTTC) to make holiday magic with community herbalist and Holistic chef Chelsea Feldman in a dynamic, festive, hands-on workshop!
In this experiential workshop, you will:
-Receive a PDF with all of the recipes and preparations.
-Gather tips for sourcing ingredients and styling your gifts.
-Gain hands on experience creating several preparations and sample many different recipes.
Recipes include: Chai honey, Seasonal syrup, Golden milk tea blend, Turmeric spice oxymel, Winter solstice tea blend, Winter solstice cordial, Mulled cider, Spice blends, Herbal salt blends, and Herbal truffles.
Each participant will take home samples of chai honey, a seasonal syrup, and a handmade tea blend.
Hours: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Workshop Fee: $140/per person ($151.23 with Eventbrite fees)
Ages 14+, children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Chelsea Feldman Bio
Chelsea is a certified Holistic Chef (Bauman College), a Clinical Herbalist (Berkeley Herbal Center) and an educator based in Berkeley, California. Chelsea connects people to plants, a sense of place and their palates through joyful, community based workshops. Her dynamic, experiential offerings inspire participants with delicious recipes, practical kitchen wisdom, and tools for holistic nourishment.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are refundable if your cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the program start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event WILL NOT be eligible for a refund, but we will offer you a credit for a future event/program. Cancellations made within 24 hours WILL NOT be eligible for a refund or credit. A $15 administrative fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Tickets cannot be transferred to a different event. Eventbrite's fees are non-refundable.
Requesting a Refund: You can request a refund through your Eventbrite account up to 14 days prior to the program start date. In accordance with the above Cancellation Policy, Slide Ranch will approve or decline your refund request within 5 business days. If approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a $15 administrative fee. Eventbrite's fees are non-refundable. Eventbrite will not allow refund requests within 14 days.
