Slide Ranch Nature Journaling Retreat with John Muir Laws - October 26th

Slide Into Awe: Experience a connection to wonder at Slide Ranch.

Join world-renowned naturalist and artist John Muir Laws for a rare Nature Journaling Day Retreat at Slide Ranch on Sunday, October 26 from 10:00am to 4:30pm. Deepen your awareness and presence as you explore and sketch at our 134 acres of breathtaking coastline, tide pools, wildlife, gardens and native plants. Extend your retreat experience by camping on site before or after the workshop. Cost is $245 per person, including a chef-prepared seasonal lunch and snacks, with all proceeds supporting the Slide Ranch Scholarship Fund, providing access to Slide to those who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity.

This workshop is open to participants 18 and up.

Cost: $245 per person ($263.28 with Eventbrite fees)

Tickets will only be sold online until 3pm 10/24/25. Space is limited. Advance registration is required.

What to Bring: Water bottle, layers, comfortable very light chair.

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are refundable if your cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event WILL NOT be eligible for a refund, but we will offer you a credit for a future event/program. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are ineligible for a refund or credit. Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund: You can request a refund through your Eventbrite account up to 30 days prior to the event start date. In accordance with the above Cancellation Policy, Slide Ranch will approve or decline your refund request within 5 business days. If approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method. A $15 administrative fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Tickets cannot be transferred to a different event. Eventbrite will not allow refund requests within 30 days of the event.
