Prenatal Classes

These classes are designed to assist women and their partners in preparing for the birth of their baby. We recommend this during the second trimester of pregnancy.

These classes include:
- Coping with labor
- Relaxation methods
- Pain management options
- Basic newborn care
- Car seat education
- A tour of the women's center

Classes are located on the 4th floor of the SSM Health Good Samaritan Family Lounge just outside of the Women's Center.

Registration notes:
- Please put ALL maternity registrations in the expectant mother's name. Do not register guests.
- Students should call to register for classes. Inform the operator when calling.
- Classes are limited to 7 expectant mothers.
