Overdose Awareness & Prevention Day

Join Knox Public Health and KSAAT on the lawn of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce for a resource fair, gain knowledge of support organizations, access FREE Narcan and support families who have lost loved ones to overdose. The event will culminate with a memorial walk to Rastin Tower for a prayer and lighting ceremony. Food will be available for donation.
