Community Class-HOT 60- Donation Class

Join us for a Donation class benefitting the Maeve's House!
All 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises will happen with some happening one set versus two sets. Hydrate before class. Bring your mat, large towel, water and get ready to BREATHE~SWEAT~HEAL!!
Dress comfortably- shorts/tank top/t-shirts recommended. No yoga experience necessary- beginning to advanced yogis welcome!
