Payment is sliding scale based, no questions asked, and priced at either $5, $10, or $20.

This month's class will be a Yin class, where poses will be held passively for about 3-7 minutes. Yin is a meditative practice that works towards cultivating stillness in both the body *and* mind. By holding poses and keeping our muscles relaxed and soft, our connective tissues (fascia, tendons, ligaments) find opportunity to open up, unlike in a more active class where our muscles take over.
