Your FAVORITE mobile Fairy Hair is coming to Cote Winery!

Grab your girlfriends and join me for a fun evening of sips and SPARKLES while I'm in town for my class reunion!

**All services will be "first come, first served" so please plan accordingly

Shines by the Sun LLC has been established in Central Florida tying the highest adult-worthy sparkles on the market since 2018.

The sparkle strands I use can withstand heat up to 450f and are dye/bleach safe for all your color and styling needs! Lasting anywhere from a few days to months so long as the strand of hair they are tied to holds on. Recommended age is pre-teen to adult.
