Immersive Sound Bath Experience

Sound baths are meditative experiences that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional well-being through an immersive listening experience. Guided by Bri Alexander, Certified Sound & Energy Healing practitioner, this session features the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments that create a rich soundscape to quiet the mind and relax the body. No experience is necessary—simply come as you are, ready to receive and unwind.
