About the event

UM's Freshers Week 2025

This year, from Monday 29 September to Friday 3 October, join us for the ultimate Freshers' experience!

On Monday 29 September, the Official Opening Ceremony will take place at Sir Temi Zammit Hall, after which UM Rector, Prof. Alfred J. Vella will visit the UM stand to officially kick off Freshers’ Week 2025.

Inauguration Mass will take place at the University Chapel at noon on Monday 29 September 2025.

There will be plenty of stands for you to explore throughout the week, but we’d love for you to stop by and say hi to us too!

You’ll find the UM stand at the Gateway Building. Trust us, you won’t want to miss it.

We’ll be giving away free UM merch and running exclusive giveaways all week long.
